Plant Workshop for My Father is the Gardener

Shelley S. Cramm, author of My Father is the Gardener, joins Crissa Nugen, Horticulture Educator at BRIT, to present the plants featured in her book—how to plant them and connect with them in your own garden. Shelley will present the plants, their plant families, and Biblical significance, and Crissa will help with horticultural information and planting techniques.

Class participants will receive information, food samples, seeds, slips, and/or seedlings of the plants for hands-on connection during the presentation. Afterward, attendees receive a “treasure map” of Biblical plants on site in the Botanic Garden for a self-guided tour.

Workshop Cost: $45 Non-Member/$40 Member
