Pittsburgh private garden gate revealing an old garden path

by Shelley S. Cramm In: Garden Moments on Jun 4, 2015

‘Tis the season to be too busy gardening to read about gardening! Whether cleaning up from storms or filling up the vegetable bed – whatever your view, take these precious Scriptures with you. May the Word of the Lord direct you and keep you as you putter along your garden paths.

This is what the LORD says: “Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls.
Jeremiah 6:16 NIV

It’s what we trust in but don’t yet see that keeps us going. Do you suppose a few ruts in the road or rocks in the path are going to stop us?
2 Corinthians 5:6-8 The Message (MSG)

Blessed be God…may he keep us centered and devoted to him, following the life path he has cleared, watching the signposts, walking at the pace and rhythms he laid down for our ancestors.
